Dana Hall musicians know what it's like to own the stage. The School of Music is a source of tremendous creative energy and a renowned cultural resource in the local community.

The School of Music also welcomes the local community for lessons and groups.
Dana Hall students, regardless of previous music experience, may enroll in private music lessons through the Dana Hall School of Music. Upper School students may take private lessons for credit. Instruction is offered on a wide variety of instruments and for voice, including piano, electric and acoustic guitar, electric bass, percussion and drums, jazz and pop voice, violin, viola, cello, harp, flute, clarinet, oboe, saxophone, trumpet, french horn, trombone and bassoon.

It is definitely out of my comfort zone, and I have learned so much from my peers and from the talented and committed teachers. I have grown to love my moments on stage and really share my passion with everyone else."
